If you need help, the best thing for you to do is to contact our statewide hotline. They know the resources closest to you. If it’s an emergency, call 911.
We have staff available to answer phone calls and texts 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Whether you need help at 2 am or on a holiday, we’re here for you. Our advocates are highly trained and have access to resource information throughout the state of Iowa. So, if you want to talk to someone about what you’re experiencing or you want to know where your nearest homeless shelter is, we can help you.
